Qualcomm isn’t done with its chipset lineup for 2023. The US-based company earlier today unveiled a brand new chipset aimed at mid-range smartphones, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3.<\/p>\n
The new chipset will initially be integrated into smartphones launched by Honor and Vivo<\/a>, which will hit the market later this month. We live in a digital world driven by AI, so it’s no wonder that Qualcomm has decided to double down on its AI improvements.<\/p>\n Following trends in almost every industry, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 promises 60% AI performance (per watt), along with peak CPU speeds of 2.63 GHz and GPU (graphics processing unit) performance more 50% faster.<\/p>\n Intelligently designed to balance performance and power efficiency, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 mobile platform delivers a selection of premium experiences that are all new to the Snapdragon 7 series<\/a>.
