Arnold took over as United’s top executive from Ed Woodward in February 2022.<\/p>\n
His departure from the club must be announced on the New York Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n
Ratcliffe is set to become a minority shareholder nearly a year after owners the Glazer family announced they would consider \u201cstrategic alternatives,\u201d including a full sale and accepting a minority investment.<\/p>\n
