A handful of new features are now coming to the Fitbit app, which should have a positive impact on both the platform and the Fitbit app.<\/p>\n<p>First on the list of changes coming to the Fitbit <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/app\/\"   title=\"app\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">app<\/a> is related to battery percentage.  In addition to seeing the battery under &#8220;Fitbit Connected Devices&#8221; in the app, the latest update also adds battery percentage to the Today tab so users can easily see their battery level. <\/p>\n<p>The US-based company <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/community.fitbit.com\/t5\/The-Pulse-Fitbit-Community-Blog\/Your-Feedback-in-Action-Updates-now-available-on-the-Fitbit-app\/ba-p\/5494783\" class=\"external\">confirmed<\/a> that this specific feature is not only coming to Fitbit devices, but also for the first time to Pixel Watch models.<\/p>\n<p>The next new feature coming to the Fitbit device brings improved goal celebrations.  Starting this <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/week\/\"   title=\"week\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">week<\/a>, Android users should start seeing celebrations when they reach certain milestones.  The same feature will be rolled out to iOS users in early January.<\/p>\n<p>The next feature added in the latest update is not new.  The sequence of steps was removed in a previous update, but is now making a return at the request of users.  Fitbit users can now tap the Steps tile in their Today tab to see active streaks displayed below their Steps chart.<\/p>\n<p>Last but not least, focus metrics can be customized to highlight specific health and fitness goals.
