WhatsApp testing a feature to search messages by date\u060c<\/p>\n
Messaging apps can be treasure troves of information, and we send a lot of things we wish we could find again later. WhatsApp is now working to make this process even easier in case you know when you send the message – the platform is working on getting a search option by date, reports Android titles<\/a>. <\/p>\n This information comes from WABetaInfo<\/a> and indicates that WhatsApp is testing such a feature. Currently it is only in testing for the web client and maybe later it should be available for Android and iOS. Of course, as with any feature under testing, WhatsApp<\/a> may also decide to remove it altogether, so keep that in mind. Currently, the feature is available to select beta testers on WhatsApp Web 2.2348.50. It allows you to search for messages you have sent by choosing a date from a calendar.
