Many horror fans are eagerly awaiting Bloober Team’s remake of Silent Hill 2. However, a recent listing for the upcoming game has some worried about how it will handle the original game’s main antagonist.<\/p>\n

According to a number of people who recently spotted the listing, Best Buy describes the upcoming Silent Hill 2 remake as having a “special origin story for Pyramid Head.” This also suggests that fans will be able to “play” with them.<\/p>\n

Some seem perturbed by this possibility, as playing the role of Pyramid Head through an origin story would likely undermine the “fan favorite” character’s impact on Silent Hill 2<\/strong>the symbolism and meaning of .<\/p>\n

However, some are hoping that Best Buy’s description may not be what many think. A thread on Reddit<\/a> shows that some believe this refers to “Born From a Wish”, a side story in which players control Maria.<\/p>\n
