{"id":71,"date":"2023-10-19T13:51:11","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T10:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/?p=71"},"modified":"2023-10-19T13:51:13","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T10:51:13","slug":"lemon-butter-cod-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/?p=71","title":{"rendered":"LEMON BUTTER COD RECIPE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ready in: 25 minutes<br \/>\nPrep15 minutes<br \/>\nCook10 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 (6 Ounces each) cod fillets, skinless, about 1-inch thick<br \/>\n1 Tbsp all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp onion powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp dried thyme<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp dried oregano<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp cayenne pepper<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp salt, or to taste<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n5 Tbsp Danish Creamery Butter, cut into 1 Tbsp pieces and divided<br \/>\n1 Tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 Tbsp minced garlic<br \/>\n1 1\/2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth<br \/>\n1 1\/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Flour, paprika, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a small mixing basin.<br \/>\n2)The cod fillets should be dusted and evenly covered with the flour mixture (use up all of the mixture).<br \/>\n3) Melt 1 tablespoon each of butter and olive oil in a pan over high heat.<br \/>\n4) Add the Cod, and cook it for three to four minutes per side, until it is golden brown and cooked through (fish should flake easily with a fork when done). Place on serving trays.<br \/>\n5) Medium-low burner heat should be used. Melt the final 4 tbsp of butter in the same skillet.<br \/>\n6) Add the garlic and cook for approximately 15 seconds, or until it is aromatic and just beginning to darken in color (but not brown).<br \/>\n7)Take care because it will steam as you carefully pour and whisk in the chicken stock and lemon juice.<br \/>\n8) Pour sauce over the fish fillets right away.
