According to a report from WABetaInfo, the new UI is already rolling out to beta testers.  It has redesigned icons, new background color and looks cleaner.  Here&#8217;s all the news about the upcoming major <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/whatsapp\/\"   title=\"WhatsApp\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">WhatsApp<\/a> overhaul for Android users.<\/p>\n<h2>WhatsApp Beta for Android gets new UI<\/h2>\n<p>The new <a href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/2575\/original_title-20\/\">WhatsApp UI is rolling<\/a> out for Android beta 2.23.21.12.  As seen in the image shared by the <a href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/2734\/whatsapp-will-soon-allow-two\/\">WhatsApp<\/a> update tracker, it aligns with the new Material Design 3 schemes. Instead of having the menu bar at the top, <a href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/3944\/original_title-165\/\">WhatsApp redesigned for Android<\/a> has the menu bar at the top. bottom of the screen, where it is currently available in the iOS version of the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/app\/\"   title=\"app\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">app<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">New UI for <a href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/2638\/original_title-29\/\">WhatsApp<\/a> Android Beta via WABetaInfo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The WhatsApp group chat icon and in-app logo (with a new font) appear to have adopted a new shade of green.  The chat bubbles and action buttons also look polished.  In light mode, the app has a white background, while in dark mode, the new UI applies a dark shade of gray.<\/p>\n<h2>The new user interface has a minimal look<\/h2>\n<p>While the image doesn&#8217;t show what personal chats or users&#8217; profile pictures will look like in the home section, it does contain an idea of \u200b\u200bhow group chats will look, and there aren&#8217;t many change there.  Additionally, the redesign gives the app a minimal look, but the fundamentals remain the same.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from beta testers, the new update is also available for <a href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/2616\/original_title-26\/\">WhatsApp<\/a> Business beta.
