Apple mistakenly ships 60 1TB iPhone 15 Pro Max units worth $96K to fulfill $3,600 order،

Have you ever wondered how Apple tracks iPhone orders and ensures they ship with military precision? Well, an interesting story posted on “X” by follower @appltrack reveals that those responsible for fulfilling orders at Apple don’t always get things right. And when they’re wrong, it’s not just a minor mistake. Find out what happened here.

Each of the 60 accidentally shipped phones costs $1,599, which means the value of the shipment is almost $96,000! His actual order was worth just under $3,600. If you’re wondering why nothing like this is happening to you, there may be no real benefit to receiving 15 times the number of iPhone units you ordered.

Since the phones were obtained by mistake and not paid for, Apple will surely ask to return them. And if @legends_gio invokes the “who finds keepers, who cries losers” clause, Apple can still brick phones. This would certainly put a damper on any plans to sell on eBay.

You have to wonder how such a thing could have happened. A $96,000 order for 60 1TB iPhone 15 Pro Max units probably have to go through multiple checks before being released, and if not, it could be now. If @legends_gio returns the 60 1 TB iPhone 15 Pro Max that he didn’t order, Apple should reward him somehow. Remember, he wasn’t the one who made a mistake here.
