Well, to be frank, Asus didn&#8217;t specify that it was talking about the ROG Phone 8 per se, but the promotional message says something like &#8220;coming soon <span>gaming phone<\/span>&#8220;, so there&#8217;s no need to do too much guesswork here. Judging by a recent story that a Samsung official was referring to the <span>Snapdragon 8 generation 3<\/span> would make the Galaxy S24 a new standard in gaming, even beating the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/iphone\/\"   title=\"iPhone\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">iPhone<\/a> 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, we have high hopes for the gaming performance of the Asus ROG Phone 8 with this new chipset.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, at least according to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qualcomm.com\/products\/mobile\/snapdragon\/smartphones\/snapdragon-8-series-mobile-platforms\/snapdragon-8-gen-3-mobile-platform\">Qualcomm website<\/a>THE <span>Snapdragon 8 generation 3<\/span> expected to have 25% faster graphics rendering (plus 25% improved GPU power efficiency), 30% faster CPU, and be 20% more power efficient compared to Gen 2. The golden feature of modern graphics , hardware-accelerated ray tracing, is also 40% better with this new chipset.
