According to Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC)<\/a>, panel shipments for the new iPhone 15 series were 24% higher than shipments for the iPhone 14 line and 27% higher than panel shipments for the iPhone 13 models during the same period through September . From this data we can deduce that Apple produces more iPhone15<\/span> standard handsets this year compared to the number of iPhone14<\/span> series phones he made last year, and iPhone13<\/span> standard handsets manufactured the previous year.<\/div>\n

Samsung<\/a> Display provided Apple with 83% of iPhone15<\/span> panels received from June to September. This is the same share that Samsung Display held during the same period in 2021 for the iPhone13<\/span> but was slightly lower than the 85% share the company held during the same period last year. DSCC attributes Samsung’s dominant share to being the only vendor shipping panels for all four iPhone15<\/span> models, iPhone14<\/span> models, and iPhone13<\/span> models.<\/p>\n
