There&#8217;s a new cat in town and it&#8217;s faster than the beloved LPDDR5X.<\/p>\n<p>We are of course talking about the next generation of memory \u2013 it\u2019s called <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/news.skhynix.com\/sk-hynix-develops-worlds-fastest-mobile-dram-lpddr5t\/\">LPDDR5T<\/a> and it is said to offer 13% faster reading speed than the previous one (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.androidheadlines.com\/2023\/10\/vivo-x100-phones-lpddr5t-ram.html\">Android titles<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>LPDDR5T was announced almost a year ago (in January 2023), but until now no phone has integrated it.  This will change, says popular tipster <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/weibo.com\/u\/6048569942\">Weibo Digital Chat Station<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The rumored devices that will be the first to host the LPDDR5T will be the upcoming Vivo X100 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/series\/\"   title=\"series\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">series<\/a>.  They are awaiting an official presentation on November 17 in China.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pentakill is here, the <a href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/191\/vivo-x100-pro-enters-the-network\/\">vivo X100<\/a> series is the world&#8217;s first new LPDDR5T memory, and it is available in all series.  Compared with mainstream LPDDR5X memory, the read speed is increased by 13%.  Together with Dimensity 9300 and UFS 4.0, it forms a new performance triangle,\u201d say the people behind the Weibo account.<\/p>\n<p>13% may not seem like a lot to you, but running at a data rate of 9.6 GB\/s (LPDDR5T) should be more fun than a data rate that peaks at 8.5 GB\/s (LPDDR5X ).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being (obviously) compatible with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chip \u2013 after all, they should come together in the vivo manufactures LPDDR5T RAM.<\/p>\n<p>Now, SK Hynix plans to offer a product with a capacity of 16 GB. It will achieve this by combining several individual LPDDR5T chips, resulting in a data processing speed of 77 GB per second.
