{"id":4131,"date":"2023-10-24T16:21:03","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:21:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/4131\/original_title-199\/"},"modified":"2023-10-24T16:21:04","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:21:04","slug":"original_title-199","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/?p=4131","title":{"rendered":"T-Mobile is once again irking some of its customers with yet another controversial policy change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>T-Mobile is once again irking some of its customers with yet another controversial policy change\u060c<\/p>\n<div>\n<span>TMobile<\/span> somehow finds itself at the center of a new scandal virtually every few weeks or so, with thorny and controversial topics ranging from weak data security and privacy to various price gouging, new taxes and fees, worsening promotions and giveaways, and most recently, forced migrations to more expensive plans.<\/p>\n<div>In the grand scheme of things, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/tmo.report\/2023\/10\/t-mobile-continues-their-opt-out-nonsense-with-forced-paperless-billing\/\">the latest controversy<\/a> This may seem trivial to most Un-carrier subscribers, but obviously some people don&#8217;t feel this way at all, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/tmobile\/comments\/17ezo5x\/more_bs_tmo_nickelanddiming_101_theyre_auto\/\">expressing their discontent quite vehemently<\/a> on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/tmobile\/comments\/179ig58\/just_received_a_text_from_tmo_stating_they_are\/\">Reddit<\/a>.  This is before the policy change takes effect, with most affected customers likely unaware of what&#8217;s happening at the moment. <\/div>\n<p>In the name of simplicity and convenience, T-Mo is apparently looking to change <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">all<\/span> users are currently receiving their traditional physical invoices to a paperless method \u201cby\u201d November 8.  While this will undoubtedly reduce paper waste and please environmentalists across the country, it&#8217;s easy to argue that such a change could actually make life a little more complicated for some people.  rather than simplifying it.<\/p>\n<div>Yes, we are sure that many people, especially older people, will continue to struggle with issues like &#8220;digital billing&#8221; and online payments even in 2023, and it is likely that these people will have to struggling to withdraw from this impending policy review.  . <\/div>\n<div>This cannot be done <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">After<\/span> November 8, mind you, from here <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/t-mo.co\/paperbill5\">access this link<\/a> and follow the instructions, which seems simple enough&#8230; for most modern wireless consumers.
