Of course, over the years some phone makers have played with the system, like Samsung with the Galaxy Note 3 in 2013 and HTC the following year.

Speaking of benchmark tests, two SoCs that will be discussed in the next six months, the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and the 3nm Apple A17 Pro were recently launched. hand to hand on Geekbench. The latter is the only 3nm smartphone chip used as it powers the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

In this reference battle, the Snapdragon 8 generation 3 exceeded the Apple A17 Pro in the multi-core section of the test with a score of 7494 to 7288. THE Snapdragon 8 generation 3 was also built by TSMC but with its 4nm node. With the smaller transistors used in the 3nm process, the A17 Pro’s 19 billion transistors are expected to outnumber the number found in the Snapdragon 8 generation 3. And that should make the A17 Pro more powerful and/or energy efficient than its rival.

But there are other factors that determine a Geekbench score, including the temperature of a particular device. It is possible that other Android Phones using the Snapdragon 8 generation 3 The chipset scores higher or lower based on other factors, including its ability to dissipate heat.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 goes against A17 Pro on Geekbench; which chip is the winner?، Whether you cling to the results of every benchmark test or ignore them because they don’t show back-world results, Geekbench, Antutu, 3DMark and others exist because they help phone makers and enthusiasts to get an objective score on intangibles that […]

[1
3345,488,3346,333,73,332,1723
post-3992","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-technology","tag-a17","tag-chip","tag-geekbench","tag-gen","tag-pro","tag-snapdragon","tag-winner
["GET
