How would you like to select this person to appear on the share sheet so that you can &#8220;share instantly and in full quality with your favorite person&#8221; every time you share a photo from the Google Photos app?  By <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2024\/03\/26\/google-photos-favorite-shortcut\/\" class=\"external\">9to5Google<\/a>Android added this feature which appeared on my Pixel 6 Pro running the latest Android 14 QPR3 beta. <\/div>\n<div>Open the Google Photos <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/app\/\"   title=\"app\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">app<\/a> on your Android phone and tap the Library tab at the bottom of the screen.  From there go to <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Utilities<\/span> > <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Add a favorite shortcut<\/span>.  Follow the instructions and you will be able to select your favorite person.  When you long-press on an image on the main Google Photos page, your &#8220;favorite person&#8221; will appear first on the share sheet.  I can confirm that this feature works perfectly.  And if you have a special someone who you always send photos to, this will save you time. You can, however, edit this person by tapping your profile icon at the top right of the screen.  From there go to <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Photo settings<\/span> > <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Sharing > Quick Share<\/span>.  Click on the <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Remove shortcut<\/span> link at the bottom of the screen.  The feature appears in Google Photos 6.76 on Android.
