His biggest immediate impact could come on special teams and particularly as a return specialist under the NFL&#39;s new kickoff format.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"inline editorial float-r\" data-behavior=\"article_related\">\n<h2 class=\"editorial-title\">Editor&#39;s Choice<\/h2>\n<p>2 Related<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Rees-Zammit, 23, announced in January that he would try to play in the NFL.  He participated in the NFL&#39;s International Player Pathway pro day last <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/week\/\"   title=\"week\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">week<\/a> and ran a 4.43 in the 40-yard dash.  Rees-Zammit, originally from Wales, then visited a handful of teams before agreeing to contract terms with the Chiefs.<\/p>\n<p>This season marks the first time each team will have a 17th practice squad spot specifically available to an international player.
