A source told ESPN that The City Group would potentially consider placing Sullivan with one of its clubs in Europe once the striker turns 16.<\/p>\n
\nBelgian club Lommel SK, managed by former Arsenal defender Steve Bould, is among the options. He would not be allowed to join Manchester City until he was 18.<\/p>\n
A source told ESPN that reports that Sullivan had already reached a deal with The City Group were premature and that there remained a scenario that would see the teenager remain in Philadelphia, at least for now.<\/p>\n
