Now, cameras have never been the main focus of tablets, but they can still be crucial elements that some users use often. iPad Air (2024) camera upgrades<\/h2>\n

The iPad Air (2024) and iPad Air Plus (2024) are expected to have a single camera on the back, just like their predecessor. It remains to be seen whether this camera will be upgraded with a better sensor. For reference, the 2022 iPad Air came with a 12MP camera on the back, capable of shooting 4K video<\/a> at 60FPS and 1080p at up to 240FPS.<\/p>\n

However, it is a tablet's front camera that is arguably most important to the user experience, as it is often used for video calls and conferencing. Unfortunately, we don't have any news regarding selfie camera upgrades for the new iPad Airs. In other words, for now it looks like it will be the same 12MP ultrawide camera with a 122\u02da field of view.<\/p>\n

What we to have<\/span> However, we hear that Apple intends to finally position the iPad Air's selfie camera in the center of one of the sides of the iPad Air, rather than at the top center. This way, when you hold or place the tablet horizontally during video calls or when using apps that use the front camera, you won't end up blocking it.<\/p>\n
