Let's talk about LPDDR6. We mentioned it from the very beginning of August 2023, when Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 hadn't even been officially released yet. However, summer 2023 brought some rumors about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4: it was said that this chipset would consist of two Phoenix L CPU cores and six Phoenix M CPU cores. Now there is a report of Ajunews<\/a> this is quoted by tipster X\/Twitter Revegnus<\/a> which basically claims that LPDDR6 could be integrated into the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4:<\/p>\n According to Ajunews, LPDDR6 is expected to be integrated into hotspots from Apple and Qualcomm for the first time, and is expected to be released in the second half of 2025.
