Believe it or not, this watch allowed users to store notes on its internal memory of up to 2000 characters.  You needed a special keyboard to type the notes.  Then IBM and Microsoft entered the game with their own witty sci-fi watches.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/galaxy\/\"   title=\"Samsung\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Samsung<\/a> entered the wearables game in 1999, and since then it has released quite a few gadgets: you remember some very well, others \u2013 not at all, I&#39;m sure.<\/p>\n<p>There is a wonderful <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/news.samsung.com\/global\/infographic-from-the-worlds-first-watch-phone-to-galaxy-ring-the-history-of-samsungs-wearable-devices\" class=\"external\">Samsung infographic<\/a> It starts with the world&#39;s first watch phone in 1999 (the Samsung SPH-WP10) \u2013 it looks like a Digimon creature, doesn&#39;t it?.<\/p>\n<p>Highlighting milestones such as notable devices and dates, Samsung&#39;s infographic is presented in four categories: &#8220;Watch&#8221;, &#8220;<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/headphones\/\"   title=\"Headphones\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Headphones<\/a>&#8220;, &#8220;Fitness Tracker&#8221; and &#8220;Ring.
