This is why the Galaxy <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/s24\/\"   title=\"S24\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">S24<\/a> line was also announced with seven years of support.  This equates to seven generations of operating system upgrades and seven years of security updates for S24 phones.  Currently, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/galaxy\/\"   title=\"Samsung\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Samsung<\/a> offers software security updates on an impressive scale: more than 150 Samsung devices receive monthly, quarterly and semi-annual security updates.  release schedules in markets around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung&#39;s seven-year support comes with the usual disclaimer that availability and timing of Android OS upgrades and security updates may vary by device model and walk.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of security updates that may &#8220;vary by device model and market,&#8221; here are two models rumored to come with 4 years, instead of 7, of software support: the Galaxy A55 and the Galaxy A35.<\/p>\n<p>This is what a report of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sammobile.com\/news\/galaxy-a55-will-get-four-os-upgrades\/\" class=\"external\">SamMobile<\/a> demands, entitled \u201c<span>Galaxy A55<\/span> and the A35 will not receive software updates for seven years.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>At PhoneArena, we hoped that <span>Galaxy A55<\/span> and the A35 is said to get the seven-year software support treatment, but the latest rumor says otherwise.  &#8220;In his teaser for the <span>Galaxy A55<\/span> and the A35 launch on March 11, Samsung says both phones will get four major operating system upgrades and security updates for five years, like their predecessors,\u201d the report continues.<\/p>\n<p>While Samsung offers four operating system upgrades for its most affordable models, blessing the <span>Galaxy A55<\/span> and the A35 with software support for seven years would have been a welcome addition.  However, such a move could interfere with Samsung&#39;s financial strategy, as offering seven years of updates on too many devices could discourage consumers from upgrading frequently, which could impact its the sales.<\/p>\n<p>Recent guidance from Samsung suggests that both <span>Galaxy A55<\/span> and the Galaxy A35 will not offer the Galaxy AI experience available in the <span>Galaxy S24<\/span> <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/series\/\"   title=\"series\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">series<\/a> and Samsung 2023 flagships after One UI 6.1 update.
