However, it is not the only one in the sub-4m SUV segment in India to receive the all-black treatment.  In August 2023, the Hyundai Venue launched its &#39;Knight Edition&#39;, introducing the stylish all-black variant of the SUV.  In this article, we will explore and compare the visual appeal of these special editions of the two popular SUVs.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tata Nexon Dark vs Hyundai Venue: Design <\/strong><strong\/><\/h2>\n<p>The Nexon Dark, built on the facelifted model of the SUV, features a split LED headlamp setup and features black-treated chrome embellishments on the bumper.  Additionally, the silver pickguard has been transformed into black, improving its overall aesthetic.  Likewise, the front fascia of the Venue highlights a dark black finish on the grille and the \u201cHyundai\u201d logo.  It features smoked-effect headlights, brass inserts in the bumper and a black skid plate, contributing to its distinctive appearance.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>The Tata SUV features 16-inch black alloy wheels, along with blacked-out ORVM housings and &#39;#Dark&#39; badges positioned on the front fenders.  Meanwhile, the Venue Knight Edition features black finished alloy wheels with brass inserts, paired with striking red brake calipers, roof rails and ORVMs, offering a unique and captivating appearance.<\/p>\n<p>In the rear view, the Nexon Dark features a unified black finish with the \u201cNexon\u201d moniker and bumper adorned in the same shade, accentuating its modern aesthetic.  Meanwhile, Hyundai&#39;s Venue Knight Edition echoes this theme with a blacked-out &#39;Venue&#39; logo and badge, accompanied by the distinctive &#39;Knight&#39; emblem.  To add to its appeal, the Hyundai SUV incorporates elegant brass accents in the bumper, enhancing its visual appeal.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tata Nexon Dark vs Hyundai Venue: Interior <\/strong><strong\/><\/h2>\n<p>Both SUVs feature an all-black cabin theme that perfectly complements the essence of their special editions.  The Nexon features black faux leather upholstery adorned with the automaker&#39;s signature three-arrow pattern, as well as &#8220;Dark&#8221; branding embellishing the headrests.  On the other hand, the Venue Knight Edition features brass-colored inserts throughout the cabin, enhancing the black seat upholstery with sleek brass accents.  To enhance the interior ambience with a sportier and more premium touch, the Venue incorporates metallic-finish pedals and 3D designer mats.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-orig-size=\"1653,900\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"728\" height=\"396\" src=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1709646611_805_Face-off-Comparing-the-Visual-Appeal-of-Tata-Nexon-Dark-and.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-206239\"\/><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tata has equipped the Nexon Dark with a full range of features similar to the standard model.  It includes two 10.25-inch screens: one for infotainment and the other for driver information.  Additionally, the Nexon Dark offers amenities such as a sunroof, ventilated front seats, and wireless phone charging.  Safety features are also robust, including six airbags, a 360-degree <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/camera\/\"   title=\"camera\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">camera<\/a> and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-orig-size=\"750,500\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"728\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1709646612_210_Face-off-Comparing-the-Visual-Appeal-of-Tata-Nexon-Dark-and.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-206241\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Likewise, the Venue has a host of amenities, including an 8-inch touchscreen, sunroof, wireless phone charging, and auto-dimming IRVM.  Additionally, it comes with a dual-camera dashcam for added convenience.  Safety equipment is also comprehensive, with six airbags, a reversing camera and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tata Nexon Dark vs Hyundai Venue: Powertrain<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-orig-size=\"1286,900\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"728\" height=\"509\" src=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1709646613_227_Face-off-Comparing-the-Visual-Appeal-of-Tata-Nexon-Dark-and.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-206237\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Nexon Dark offers versatile powertrain options, including a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine generating 120 PS and 170 Nm of torque, as well as a 1.5-liter diesel engine producing 115 PS and 260 Nm of torque .  Both engine choices are available with a 6-speed manual transmission (MT) and an automated manual transmission (AMT), while the turbo-petrol variant also offers a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) option.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Venue Knight Edition offers the choice between the existing 1.2-litre petrol engine with 83 hp and 114 Nm of torque, and the 1-litre turbo-petrol engine developing 120 hp and 172 Nm of torque.
