There is still believed to be a distance between the club and the 26-year-old&#39;s representatives, both of whom are now &#8220;further apart&#8221; than they were in recent meetings.  Chiesa has scored six goals in 21 Serie A matches this season.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; West Ham midfielder <strong>Lucas Paqueta<\/strong> remains on Manchester City&#39;s transfer wishlist, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/football\/\"   title=\"Football\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Football<\/a> Insider reports.  The Citizens are believed to be confident of signing the 26-year-old due to their positive relationship with the Hammers after agreeing a loan deal in January which sent <strong>Kalvin Phillips<\/strong> at the London Stadium. Brentford, 27 <strong>Ivan Toney<\/strong> is said to be one of the names under consideration, while keeping tabs on the 25-year-old Napoli striker. <strong>Victor Osimhen<\/strong>25 years of Sporting CP <strong>Viktor Gy\u00f6keres<\/strong>and the 22-year-old Bologna star <strong>Joshua Zirkzee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The deal involving New England Revolution and Atletico midfielder Tucuman <strong>Joaquin Pereyra<\/strong> failed, reveals Cesar Luis Merlo.  While discussions were ongoing over the transfer of the 25-year-old, the latest reports indicate that an agreement could not be reached on &#8220;certain aspects of the transfer&#8221;.  Pereyra is now expected to remain with the Argentine Primera Division club, and it is unclear whether the MLS side will reopen negotiations in the future.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ajax looking to recruit a central defender <strong>Jorrel Hato <\/strong>new contract amid interest from Arsenal, Standard reports.
