The England native who grew up in Wales comes from Manchester <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/united\/\"   title=\"United\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">United<\/a> of the English Premier League, where he served as first-team coach under current manager Erik ten Hag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Stream on ESPN+: LaLiga, Bundesliga, more (US)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am incredibly excited to join a club with such a strong <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/football\/\"   title=\"football\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">football<\/a> culture, fanatical fan base and brilliant infrastructure,\u201d Ramsay said in a statement distributed by the Loons.  \u201cI have spoken to many members of the club\u2019s staff throughout the process and you can\u2019t help but feel everyone\u2019s passion for moving the club forward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a really <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/exciting\/\"   title=\"exciting\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">exciting<\/a> path forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heath, the club&#39;s first head coach when it joined MLS as an expansion team in 2017, was fired on Oct. 6 shortly before the Loons missed the playoffs after made the playoffs the previous four years.<\/p>\n<p>Sean McAuley was named interim coach, but resigned in January.
