Some of the changes will be exclusive to the European market.  For example, Apple will allow consumers to download apps from third-party marketplaces, whereas currently the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/app\/\"   title=\"App\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">App<\/a> Store is the only place to get apps.
