This is clear evidence that North America is not a major market for Asus, at least for now.<\/p>\n<p>But if you&#39;re one of the rare Asus fans who can&#39;t wait to get their hands on the company&#39;s latest gaming-focused flagships, we have some good news for you.  Both <span>ROG Phone 8<\/span> And <span>ROG Phone 8<\/span> Pro will be available for pre-order in the US starting February 29 (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/asus_rog_phone_8_pro_preorder_start_date_for_the_us_revealed-news-61722.php\" class=\"external\">GSMArene<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The bad news is that it can take up to a month to receive the phone you pre-ordered.  An official Asus retailer confirmed that &#8220;expected shipping dates will be March 11-31.&#8221;  Although these dates relate to <span>ROG Phone 8<\/span> With Pro being available in the US, it&#39;s probably safe to assume that the vanilla version will launch around the same time.<\/p>\n<p>As for the price, Asus announced that the ROG Phone 8 costs $1,100, while the <span>ROG Phone 8<\/span> Pro will retail for $1,200.
