{"id":27143,"date":"2024-02-22T20:12:58","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T17:12:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/27143\/evertons-dyche-calls-for-clarity\/"},"modified":"2024-02-22T20:13:00","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T17:13:00","slug":"evertons-dyche-calls-for-clarity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/?p=27143","title":{"rendered":"Everton&#8217;s Dyche calls for clarity amid 10-point penalty appeal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Everton&#8217;s Dyche calls for clarity amid 10-point penalty appeal\u060c<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Sean Dyche has called for more clarity on his Everton side&#39;s 10-point deduction for breaching the Premier League&#39;s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) and subsequent appeal, saying a quick decision is \u201cfor the greater good of football\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Everton dropped points in November for the season ending in 2021-22 financial figures and were accused in January of more PSR breaches, alongside Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Stream on ESPN+: LaLiga, Bundesliga, more (US)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Merseyside club are appealing the sanction, the largest in Premier League history, and Dyche said on Thursday that the slow pace of legal proceedings was causing confusion for several teams in the division.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have no idea, or certainly not at the moment,\u201d Dyche told a news conference.  &#8220;Guiding lines [for a decision] it was towards the end of the month so we&#39;ll just have to wait and see.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know the legality of the calls but it\u2019s in everyone\u2019s interest [for a quick resolution].  First ours.
