Oppo addresses exiting the foldables market, vivo remains silent\u060c<\/p>\n

\nProbably the best foldable phone of 2023<\/span> \u2013 this is the title of our OnePlus Open<\/span> review and we're still fascinated by this thing. However, when it comes to foldables in 2024, we can't rule out the Galaxy Z Fold 5 killer.<\/p>\n

But back to Oppo<\/a> \u2013 did I say Oppo? Yeah, well the OnePlus Open<\/span> is essentially a rebranded Oppo Find N3.<\/p>\n

Given our admiration for OnePlus Open<\/span>\/Oppo Find N3, a book-style gem, we weren't happy with a rumor that emerged that Huawei's next trifold phone would have Oppo, vivo<\/a> abandoning foldables and leaving the market.<\/p>\n

Now, Oppo says it's not giving up on foldables. The other player \u2013 vivo, however, remains silent so far.<\/p>\n

The shady rumor that started it all was that Oppo and Vivo had decided to exit the foldable market, leaving Samsung<\/a> and Huawei to dominate. <\/p>\n

In 2023, Oppo launched the third generation Find N3 (sold globally as OnePlus Open<\/span> nickname) and the Find N3 Flip (this one still doesn't have a OnePlus rebrand).
