Leaked iPhone 16 component confirms rumored change to the non-Pro cameras\u060c<\/p>\n

Well, about a week and a half ago we told you that the latest iPhone 16 prototype included a rear camera array that looked a lot like the one used on the back of 2017's iPhone As you may recall, this design featured a thin camera island that ran vertically down the upper left corner of the rear panel and contained two vertically mounted cameras separated by the flash. As usual, Apple continued the design of the iPhone XS series before widening the island for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 ranges.<\/div>\n
Since the non-Pro iPhone<\/a> 13 models, Apple has placed the rear cameras in a box in the upper left corner of the rear panel, but shifted the lenses diagonally to make it look like a number two domino. However, there is speculation that Apple will return to the design used on the iPhone X (with a slightly different location for the flash) because of the Vision Pro<\/a>. As you may know, photos and videos taken on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max can be viewed in 3D on Apple's spatial computer.

A tweet from the leaker Majin Bu<\/a> (via MacRumors<\/a>) claims to show images of the iPhone16<\/span>The new camera module and this matches previous rumors that the two cameras would be aligned vertically. Bu's photos show the module upside down, but this does not take away from the legitimacy of the photographed component which was authenticated by MacRumors thanks to the latter's industrial sources. These sources confirmed that the part in the photos is the I-34 camera project chassis that is expected to be used in the iPhone16<\/span> The model is expected to be released in September.<\/div>\n
We are waiting for the iPhone16<\/span> Pro templates to keep the current layout used on iPhone Pro devices since iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. This design already features two vertically aligned cameras, which is why those with one iPhone 15 Pro<\/span> The stock unit can take spatial photos and videos and why there should be no change in the appearance of the rear camera for the iPhone16<\/span> Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
