The feature was gradually rolled out to various platforms such as mobile devices and Roku.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the streaming service announced that Last Channel Shortcut is rolling out to everyone.  To take advantage of the new feature, you will need to long press the Select\/OK button on the remote to switch to a channel\/video you were previously watching.  Here is a step-by-step guide published by YouTube TV on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/youtubetv\/comments\/1arqe1l\/introducing_our_last_channel_shortcut\/\" class=\"external\">reddit<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the YouTube TV <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/app\/\"   title=\"app\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">app<\/a> on your TV<\/li>\n<li>Play any <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/video\/\"   title=\"video\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">video<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Choose and play another video<\/li>\n<li>Long press (press and hold) the OK\/Select button on your remote while watching the second video<\/li>\n<li>You will be redirected to the last channel or video you were watching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It&#39;s important to mention that the new Last Channel Shortcut feature should work on all content types, including Live, DVR, and VOD.  If you&#39;re a YouTube TV subscriber, you should already see the new feature.
