Nurkic made a &#8220;too small&#8221; gesture to Green after the Phoenix Suns centered a hook shot in the third quarter.  Green returned the favor a few minutes later, scoring a basket and hitting the floor to say, \u201ctoo small.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In December, after being hit by Green, Nurkic said that no matter what was happening in the four-time champion&#39;s life, he hoped he would get better.  On Saturday, Nurkic walked back his previous comments.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#39;s sad. He didn&#39;t learn anything,&#8221; Nurkic said.  &#8220;It&#39;s only a matter of time. He&#39;s going to hit someone else again. Take back everything I said. He doesn&#39;t deserve a chance.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Green offered his response on a Tuesday edition of his podcast, \u201cThe Draymond Green Show,\u201d in a nearly 8-minute segment.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"module-iframe-wrapper \">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Draymond Green breaks down Warriors win streak, battle with Nurkic, NBA All-Star weekend predictions\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oGbdHcqDCi4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Green reflected on what happened Saturday, saying it all started when he fouled Nurkic in the first quarter, prompting the Suns big <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/man\/\"   title=\"man\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">man<\/a> to start talking trash.  Green then accused him of &#8220;being in his feelings&#8221;, which led to Nurkic throwing low shots during the match.<\/p>\n<p>He also added that Nurkic is &#8220;infamous&#8221; for being traded from the Denver Nuggets to make way for Nikola Jokic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know, I thought it was really weird to have my character questioned because I destroyed you on the basketball court,\u201d Green said.  \u201cBut honestly, I\u2019m a four-time All-Star, four-time champion, I should destroy you on the basketball court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nurkic didn&#39;t seem to find the comments funny, responding on X, which prompted another response from Green.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Type IN!
