Dreaming too much is not good, even on a Friday.<\/p>\n<p>However, if we want to put smart technology on our face that weighs less than 2 ounces and costs around $349, we&#39;re lucky to have Meta and Ray-Ban&#39;s collaboration: Smart Glasses.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses are getting a software update that brings them to version 2 and several important features of the glasses are improved (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gizmochina.com\/2024\/02\/07\/ray-ban-meta-smart-glasses-version-2-0-software-update\/\" class=\"external\">Gizmochina<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2>What has been improved?<\/h2>\n<p>Here is the changelog:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Image quality improvements<\/span>: We have updated noise reduction, auto exposure and color rendering.  Your photos and videos will appear sharper and clearer in low-light conditions, and you&#39;ll see improvements in sharpness and dynamic range for both driving and on-the-go captures.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Global volume control<\/span>: You can now control the volume of all sounds in one place on your glasses.  We&#39;ve added the ability to control the volume of voice commands and other sounds by sliding your finger up and down on the glasses&#39; touchpad on your temple.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Improvements<\/span>: Security and stability improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>How to update?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Meta View <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/app\/\"   title=\"app\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">app<\/a> on your smartphone.<\/li>\n<li>Tap your glasses icon in the upper right corner of the app.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down and select \u201cSettings\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cDevice,\u201d tap \u201cSoftware Update.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>If an update is available, you will see a \u201cDownload\u201d button.  Tap it.<\/li>\n<li>The download process will begin.  Keep your glasses docked and your phone connected to the Internet while the update downloads and installs.<\/li>\n<li>Once the download is complete, you will be prompted to restart your glasses.  Tap \u201cRestart\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Your glasses will automatically restart and install the update.
