These are company-owned sites staffed with \u201ccustomer-obsessed\u201d mobile experts who can handle any issue a customer might raise.  T-Mobile employees posting on Reddit say that in a few weeks, <span>TMobile<\/span> will announce a new format for Experience Stores that will allow customers to get bill credits, cancel lines and more while in an Experience Store.<\/div>\n<div><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/old.reddit.com\/r\/tmobile\/comments\/19co1n6\/the_new_experience_store\/\" class=\"external\">According to a T-Mobile representative<\/a> who was informed at a recent meeting, all that the <span>TMobile<\/span> The CARE team can do this by phone (800-937-8997) will soon be handled in person at a <span>TMobile<\/span> Experience store.  Employees who manage an Experience store will be able to troubleshoot a phone issue and handle any issues with a customer&#39;s plan that normally require a call or text to customer service.
