Since the Exynos 2400 SoC could have erased the reputation of the Exynos line, it seems that Samsung is keeping the Deca-core version of the Exynos 2400 chipset for the Exynos 2500.<\/div>\n<h2>Pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra now!<br \/><\/h2>\n<div>A leaked slide last October regarding Samsung&#39;s &#8220;Dream chip,&#8221; aka Exynos 2500 AP, indicates that it will be the first chip to be built using <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/galaxy\/\"   title=\"Samsung\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Samsung<\/a> Foundry&#39;s second-generation 3nm process (3 nm GAP\/SF3).  Samsung uses Gate-all-around (GAA) transistors for its 3nm production, which covers all four sides of the channel, limiting current leakage and increasing drive current.  TSMC won&#39;t use GAA until it begins 2nm production, giving Samsung Foundry a slight advantage in 3nm over the world&#39;s largest foundry.<\/div>\n<div>Leak \u201cX\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OreXda\/status\/1748893662636068966\" class=\"external\">@OreXda<\/a> (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sammobile.com\/news\/exynos-2500-specifications-leak-arm-blackhawk\/\" class=\"external\">SamMobile<\/a>) leaked the aforementioned slide of the Exynos 2500 SoC which shows that it will feature a Cortex-X5 Prime core clocked at 3.2-3.3 GHz. Previous Exynos APs had a reputation for running hot.
