A Dani Carvajal goal in the ninth minute of stoppage time saved Real Madrid, giving them a 3-2 home win over bottom side Almeria on Sunday in a frenzied La Liga brawl marred by controversy of VAR.<\/p>\n

Madrid moved to the top of the La Liga table with 51 points, two ahead of Girona, who host Sevilla later on Sunday.<\/p>\n
