All T-Mobile systems seem to be down but carrier assures it hasn’t been attacked\u060c<\/p>\n

T-Mobile is experiencing what appears to be a widespread outage, with affected users flocking to the outage monitoring site. Fault detector<\/a> and social media platforms Reddit<\/a> and X to report problems.<\/p>\n

Initially, it was suspected that the company might be the victim of another cyberattack, but it confirmed to BeepComputer<\/a> and CNET that the outage was caused by an internal technical issue that is currently being worked on.<\/div>\n
Customers can't log into their accounts and the company's app<\/a> doesn't work either. Users who attempt to log in to their account receive a message stating that the website has been \u201cdisconnected.\u201d<\/p>\n

The scale of the disruption appears vast, with user T Mobile<\/span>The Apache Kafka event store received a warning that the service is routing the host address count.T Mobile<\/span>.com could not be found. <\/p>\n

PS Even assuming this is caused by an innocent error (which is common), this could still be exploited by attackers who were waiting for a disruption like this to occur. So whatever the explanation, monitor and exercise extra caution at this time if you're a T-Mobile user.<\/p>\n

Apparently, even T Mobile<\/span>Frontline teams are seeing login errors and other errors in many applications, hindering their ability to perform tasks like activating processes and making account changes.<\/p>\n

If you contact retail and customer service representatives, they will likely tell you that they are experiencing “challenges” that have impacted their ability to process transactions.<\/p>\n
