Back when we heard that the maxed out flagship would most likely kill the 10x optical lens and pack a 5x one, we weren't thrilled.<\/p>\n However, it could be explained why a 5x telephoto camera unit is actually a sensible move by Samsung's engineers if built correctly. Although it is half as powerful in zoom as its 10x predecessor, a 5x telephoto lens could feature much superior elements and optics, as well as better image stabilization, so it could perform just as well s It was paired with a larger sensor that allows for cropping and better low-light capabilities. And don't forget the AI \u200b\u200btricks… So it's up to Samsung<\/a> to refine it. For example, users have shown that 10x zoom photos taken with the OnePlus Open look better than those taken with the S23 Ultra.
