Here\u2019s why (and here\u2019s how to fix it)\u060c<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The One UI 6\/Android 14 update is widely available, but some Galaxy users are experiencing issues with Android Auto \u2013 resulting in it no longer working wirelessly. <\/p>\n<p>More and more users are reporting similar issues after updating their phones to Samsung&#39;s version. <span>Android 14<\/span> (One UI 6.0 was rolled out at the end of October 2023).  So far, over 40 Galaxy devices have been updated (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2023\/12\/26\/samsung-android-14-wireless-android-auto-issues\/\" class=\"external\">9to5Google<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the affected devices:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Galaxy S22+<\/li>\n<li>Galaxy S22 Ultra<\/li>\n<li>Galaxy A54<\/li>\n<li>Galaxy 23 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/series\/\"   title=\"Series\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Series<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Owners of this one have complained on <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/google\/\"   title=\"Google\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Google<\/a> forums that Android Auto no longer works over wireless after updating to <span>Android 14<\/span>.  They say that wireless connections simply don&#39;t work, or that they are very unstable and only work briefly.<\/p>\n<p>Google saw the complaints and recently added them to its &#8220;known issues&#8221; list.  However, there is no fix yet. <\/p>\n<h2>How to fix it?<\/h2>\n<p>These are the wireless capabilities that are affected with Android Auto and One UI 6\/<span>Android 14<\/span> update.  Fortunately, affected users can still use Android Auto: they need a cable instead of a wireless connection or a wireless adapter.<\/p>\n<h2>Android Auto now remembers where you parked your car<\/h2>\n<p>Let&#39;s not end this on a sad note.  The latest iteration of Google Maps for Android Auto prompts users to save their parking location once they arrive at their destination.
