When physical Apple Stores reopen on December 26, these watches won&#39;t be found there either (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2023\/12\/24\/apple-watch-sales-ban-united-states\/\" class=\"external\">9to5Mac<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>As Bloomberg&#39;s Mark Gurman reported, Apple Stores have received new marketing materials in an effort to promote the Apple Watch SE, which remains available for purchase \u2014 it&#39;s missing the blood oxygen sensor that started this whole mess.<\/p>\n<p>As you already know, the blood oxygen sensor <span>Apple Watch <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/series\/\"   title=\"Series\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Series<\/a> 9<\/span> And <span>Apple Watch Ultra2<\/span> infringes two Masimo patents and there is a long-standing dispute between Apple and the medical device company (it&#39;s Masimo).<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to 9to5Mac, Apple said it &#8220;will continue to take every step to return <span>Apple Watch Series 9<\/span> And <span>Apple Watch Ultra2<\/span> to customers in the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/united\/\"   title=\"United\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">United<\/a> States as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Apple also told 9to5Mac that it will appeal the ITC&#39;s final ruling to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on December 26.<\/p>\n<p>If one wishes to obtain the aforementioned \u201cbanned\u201d devices, the option is to go to other points of sale, including Amazon and Best Buy.
