According to The mobile report<\/a><\/span>unhappy customers who contact the company could be offered one of two promotions reserved for those who threaten to part ways with the company.<\/div>\n

According to an internal document seen by the outlet, the promotion is called “Stay Magenta” and can only be offered and activated by customer service representatives. This means you cannot activate it yourself. Even in-store representatives won't be able to help you.<\/p>\n

All postpaid customers are eligible provided they have at least one voice line. They will either receive a $10 reduction on their bills for the next 6 months or a $25 reduction for the next 2 months. The discount will be reflected as an invoice credit. Customers will only receive the offer if they agree to stay with TMobile<\/span> throughout the promotional period.<\/div>\n
