Play was stopped in Australia’s World Cup clash with Sri Lanka after flags and signs fell into the stands near spectators.<\/p>\n

On-field umpires stopped Mitchell Starc at the top of his mark at the end of the first innings, with fans escorted to the back of the stands at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.<\/p>\n

Sri Lanka were bowled out for 209 after an opening stand of 125, with Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Perera hitting half-centuries.<\/p>\n

Leg-spinner Adam Zampa was the pick of the bowlers, taking 4\/47 from his eight overs while Pat Cummins<\/a> and Mitchell Starc took two each.<\/p>\n
