Carl Pei might have done it again. One of the co-founders of the successful OnePlus ecosystem is off to a strong start with its Nothing line of mobile devices, which includes true wireless Bluetooth earbuds and two high-end phones. On the way, nothing (2a) mid-range and Android app developer Dylan Roussel<\/a> posted on 9to5Google<\/a>) an image shared by Nothing that shows the back of the mid-range Nothing Phone (2a).<\/div>\n
The image focuses on the Glyph lighting interface although this is not the final design. The look, seen in the tweet and reportedly made public by Nothing, is different from what we've seen previously with Nothing with the dual camera<\/a> lenses located right in the middle of the Glyph interface. There are two lighting elements on the left side of the round camera island and an additional lighting element on the right.<\/div>\n
The phone's model number is 142 and it has a pair of codenames consisting of Pacman\/Aero (dactyl?). And according to Roussel, the Nothing Phone (2a) will be powered by a MediaTek chipset, the Dimensity 7200. The app<\/a> developer also indicates that the phone will be unveiled at MWC. Nothing set a date in Barcelona for an event that will take place on February 27 and announced it including the now tired and old play on the company's name, “Nothing to See.”<\/div>\n

The Nothing (2a) is rumored to sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. Considering the US$599 price on the 256GB variant of the Nothing Phone (2) powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with 12GB of RAM, a sub-$500 price seems likely for the Nothing Phone (2a).<\/p>\n

As Nothing slowly builds its ecosystem, Carl Peri revealed in October that his company had been hard at work on a Nothing Power charger (1) offering three-in-one charging, including wireless charging at 65W. was also a power bank and used the Nothing design language. Scheduled to ship after Ear (1), the project had to be abandoned because it did not live up to Nothing's potential. \u201cI think we can do a lot more than this,\u201d Pei said in the video<\/a> posted by Nothing on YouTube.<\/div>\n

There's no reason to believe that the Nothing Phone (2a) won't live up to the company's standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
