Now that iOS 17.2 is official and barring an update containing an emergency bug fix, Apple has completed the update iOS 17<\/span> for the rest of the year. This means that two features should be included with iOS 17 this year<\/span> have been officially pushed back until 2024. One is the Apple Music Collaborative Playlist which would allow an Apple Music subscriber to invite others to add songs to the subscriber's playlist, edit order the list, remove songs from the list, and react to songs. in the “Now Playing” UI with emoji.<\/div>\n
However, Apple felt compelled to delay the Apple Music Collaborative Playlist because it was concerned that some iOS users might abuse the feature or use it to spam other iOS users.
