Pixel 8 Pro users are apparently in for another surprise, as the December Feature Drop may finally bring two promised features.<\/div>\n<div>Long-standing leak and <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">9to5Google<\/span> writer <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MaxWinebach\/status\/1730008938920153512\" class=\"external\">Max Weinbach<\/a> has hinted that next month&#8217;s update will enable Video Boost and AI Super Zoom features on the <span>Pixel 8 Pro<\/span>.<\/div>\n<div>Pixel phones have always been very focused on machine learning and the emphasis has been significantly amplified this year.  While most AI-based features like Magic Editor were available at launch, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/google\/\"   title=\"Google\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Google<\/a> said Video Boost and Zoom Enhance, which we&#8217;re guessing what Weinbach meant by AI Super Zoom, would roll out later.<\/div>\n<p>THE <span>Pixel 8 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/pro\/\"   title=\"Pro\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Pro<\/a><\/span> can capture HDR+ photos, but since a video contains much more data than a photo, producing an HDR+ video is a task that no phone can accomplish alone.  That&#8217;s why the Video Boost feature will send a copy of your video to the cloud where Google&#8217;s computational photography models will adjust everything from color to lighting to grain.  This feature will also enable Night Sight video on the <span>Pixel 8 Pro<\/span> to improve the quality of videos shot at night or in poorly lit environments. <\/p>\n<div>Zoom Enhance is another one <span>Pixel 8 Pro<\/span>-exclusive feature.  It will use generative AI to refine details in an enlarged version of a photo you&#8217;ve already taken.  At the time of launch, Google only said the feature would &#8220;come later.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>We can now expect the features to roll out next month.  THE <span>Pixel 8 Pro<\/span> is already one of the best <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/camera\/\"   title=\"camera\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">camera<\/a> phones available on the market and these two features will make it stand out even more.
