Although Xiaomi has just added the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max to its tablet lineup in August 2023, rumors and reports regarding the following tablet lineup are circulating on the internet. The upcoming tablet will feature a smaller screen than its predecessor. However, it will also have a more powerful processor that will make multitasking and heavy tasks such as gaming or video editing easier.

According to a report from GSMChina, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will come with a 10-inch LCD panel supporting a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1480 x 2357 pixels. Additionally, the tablet will also come with four stereo speakers with Dolby audio. The tablet will also feature a dual rear camera setup, including a wide sensor and a depth sensor. The selfie camera, on the other hand, could be placed on the horizontal side.

Leaks suggest that the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC on the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. Additionally, it is expected to run on HyperOS 14 and Android 14. The company will unveil the tablet as part of the Xiaomi Pad 7 series in 2024, likely at the end of the first quarter or the beginning of the second quarter.

You can follow Smartprix on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google News.
