He is an assistant professor of journalism at Southern Methodist University and a member of the Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA).<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>CINCINNATI \u2014 Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow underwent successful surgery, the team announced Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The procedure was to repair a torn ligament, an injury to his right wrist that he suffered during the team&#8217;s loss to the Baltimore Ravens on November 16.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe procedure went as planned and he is expected to make a full recovery,\u201d the team said in a statement.  \u201cJoe will return to Cincinnati this <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wikidollar.net\/tag\/week\/\"   title=\"week\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">week<\/a> to be with the team and begin the recovery and rehabilitation process.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"inline editorial float-r\" data-behavior=\"article_related\">\n<h2 class=\"editorial-title\">Editor&#8217;s Choice<\/h2>\n<p>2 Related<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Earlier Monday, Bengals coach Zac Taylor was reluctant to share details about Burrow&#8217;s surgery until it was complete.  Taylor said Burrow wants to be with the team in Cincinnati as he continues to recover from his season-ending injury.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;ll see how he does,&#8221; Taylor told reporters in Cincinnati on Monday.  &#8220;Maybe there&#8217;s some pain and he wants some time to himself. But he and I had a good talk last week and he wanted to be very involved in the future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Bengals (5-6) have lost three straight games.
