Ingredients :
1 pounds shrimp
1 red onion
1 cup snow peas
1 red bell pepper
1 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp oyster sauce
tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
olive oil
salt and pepper
scallion (roughly chopped for garnishing)
cilantro (roughly chopped for garnishing)
cooked rice
Instructions :
1) Shrimps are deveined and peeled. Black pepper and 1/8 tsp of salt were combined.
2) Slice an onion into small slices. Snow peas should be cut into 0.5″ thick pieces (you can skip this if your snow peas are small enough). Red bell pepper should be cut into 1″ × 1″ pieces.
3) Heat a pan or skillet to medium-medium high. Add some oil and red onion after it’s heated. Cook onion for two minutes or until aromaticup
4) Stir-fry the snow peas and red bell pepper for about two minutes.
5) Mung bean sprouts, 1/8 tsp salt, and black pepper should all be added at this point. Stir-fry for approximately a minute or just until all the vegetables are 80–90% cooked. Place on a platter.
6) Make sure the pan is hot before adding the shrimp and oil for one to two minutes and brown the shrimp.
7)Back all the vegetables to the pan, then add the garlicup Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to thoroughly cover the food. Stir-fry the ingredients until they are all well done.
8) Add cilantro and scallions as a garnish. With hot rice, serve.
