To be clear, a postpaid account is one where you receive a bill and make your payment for the previous month after using the carrier's service. A prepaid account is one in which you pay in advance for the upcoming month's service. I repeat, this regulation only concerns Verizon customers who had a postpaid account and were billed for administrative fees between January 1, 2016 and November 8, 2023.
