Ingredients :
2 kohlrabi, trimmed and thinly sliced
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. ghee
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions :
1. Bring some water to a boil over medium heat in a saucepan.
2. Toss in some kohlrabi slices, let it a good 5 minutes in the water, then drain and set aside.
3. Put the ghee in a skillet and set it over medium heat.
4. Toss in the garlic, mix, and let it simmer for a minute.
5. Season the kohlrabi slices with salt and pepper and fry them until they are golden brown on both sides.
6. Put in the parsley, mix to coat, then serve on heated plates.
7. Enjoy!
