Ingredients :
5 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. almond milk
1 Tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. stevia
4 Tbsp. coconut flour
2 Tsp. vanilla
4 Oz. ghee, melted
Directions :
1. Beat egg whites with a mixer in a bowl.
2. Whisk together the flour, stevia, baking powder, and egg yolks in a separate dish.
3. Stir again after adding the vanilla, ghee, and milk.
4. Whisk in the egg white and then gradually combine the ingredients.
5. Spread part of the batter on your waffle iron and bake until it becomes brown.
6. Use the remaining batter to make more waffles, and serve them immediately.
