Ingredients :
1 cup whey protein
12 egg whites
4 Oz. cream cheese
For the French toast:
1 Tsp. vanilla
½ cup coconut milk
2 eggs
1 Tsp. cinnamon, ground
½ cup ghee, melted
½ cup almond milk
½ cup swerve
Directions :
1. Start by beating the whites of 12 eggs with an electric mixer for several minutes.
2. Mix in the protein slowly while being careful not to overmix.
3. To the mixture, whisk in the cream cheese.
4. Put the mixture into two oiled bread pans and bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
5. After the bread has cooled, cut it into 18 pieces.
6. Two eggs, some vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut milk should be whisked together in a bowl.
7. Use it to dip pieces of bread.
8. Place some coconut oil in a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Add the bread pieces and cook them until they are golden brown on both sides.
9. Warm the almond milk and ghee in a pan over high heat.
10. Turn off the heat, add the swerve, and mix.
11. Set aside until somewhat cooled, then pour over French toast.
